Alland Group were excited to be engaged by Hansen Yuncken to deliver a complete Turn Key solution for a brand new Primary School in Western Sydney.  This substantial Design & Construct Services Package included all electrical, communications, PA, dry fire, and CCTV / security.

Across the whole 25,000m² site, Alland were responsible for the installation of:

• Dedicated purpose built High Voltage Substation
• Dedicated Main Switchboard, distribution boards and power infrastructure systems
• Fully certified Panduit Communications network with 25 Year warranty
• Integrated Dynalite Lighting control systems with the use of Dali Addressable light fittings
• Clevertronics Monitored wireless emergency lighting system with onsite Head end PC and remote access
• Complete Audio Visual system including hearing loop integration to a Creston control system
• Lighting control for stage and performance lighting
• 70Kw Solar PV array for a sustainable clean energy source
• CCTV and Access control systems linked to the secure schools network
