Alland Group were engaged by Built to complete a refurbishment of the Grant Samuel offices across two levels in Governor Macquarie Tower.

The works involved the complete fit out of all electrical services to their offices on Level 19 and 20 and consisted of a state of the art Multi-purpose conference room complete with LED linear lighting, a Dynalite Control system integrated with an AV system to control lighting scenes, projector and blinds, as well as wireless access points and a kitchenette.

Other areas featured touch dim lighting, multi-switching track lights and new open space offices with motorised ‘sit to stand’ desks with new data outlets throughout.
