The Hilton name is synonymous with luxury hotels of international distinction. Sydney’s first Hilton in the CBD was built towards the later stages of Sydney’s property boom and officially opened in 1974.  Spanning a city block, it has been a prominent fixture between George and Pitt Streets ever since.

Refurbishment of 587 guest rooms and suites over 24 floors.  This included:

• Disconnect and make safe existing and redundant power, lighting and communications points
• Modify, extend, disconnect, remove and reinstall light fittings, switches and control systems.
• Cat 6 cable into rooms for future provisions
• Electrical component/install of One Touch window blinds
