Alland Group have carried out a full Design and Construct package of two floors and a completely new Communications Room for Yamaha Australia at their Head Office in Wetherill Park.

The works included, full design drawings and calculations for Lighting, Power, Communications, AV and Dry Fire which included – new switchboards, modification works to existing MSB, lighting & power cabling, Cat 6 communications cabling & equipment, new UPS’s and by-pass switches, LED lighting, Dry Fire alterations to existing architectural lighting and AV cabling.

Twelve months prior to commencing site works, Alland Group worked directly with Yamaha and Built to complete the design stage. Several planning meetings were arranged and programs prepared in order to have team Yamaha working at full capacity whilst undertaking construction works and the relocation of the existing communications/server room.
